All goods will be fully protected using appropriate materials i.e. box, bubble wrap and air bags as required.

Delivery

All goods will be dispatched within 3 working days of cleared payment being received. All goods will be sent via Royal Mail or courier and proof of purchase supplied on request.

Returns

Items may be returned if not completely satisfied. Please contact  us before returning any item. Such items must be returned within 7 days of taking delivery and returned well packed in the same condition as when received. We will refund the purchase price upon receipt of the goods but regret that we cannot refund shipping costs.
